For signs: I'm going to print off a bunch of barcamp logos with nothing
else on the paper. We can draw in arrows pointing whichever direction
as needed, and masking tape the signs where they're needed at.
Directing people in... the way you described (through DeVries) sounded
like it would require walking roundabout the building from the parking
lots. I was thinking of having them come in via the straight shot from
the parking lot into the back door/stairwell. I suppose we could have
signs at both places, if the registration is going to be on the 3rd
floor anyhow.

The rooms look good (white boards, movable chairs, etc); some were
locked. I won't try to draw a diagram of where they are :) We can
use
the CSX room for secure storage (food) since I know the key
combination.
The stairwells are like greenhouses in the late afternoon, so let's do
registration up by the main rooms. Plus that way the registration
table
folks don't have to be separate from the rest of the gatherers. There
are small or large tables from rooms we can use.
Our signs should direct people through the DeVries Hall atrium/stairs,
to get to the good rooms easiest. Outside, there's a good metal sign
in
the ground for DeVries Hall & Sci Bldg from which we can hang one of
our
signs. Kyle, I don't know how we're making signs, but 3-4 with right
arrows, 3-4 with up/forward arrows, and 1-2 with left arrows should
suffice.
